Ban Appeal/Request Information

So you were caught doing something wrong, or maybe you caught something against the rules. Use these necessary steps to get the perpetrator banned, or to get yourself un-banned:

Ban Request Format
First, you must name your thread as such:

[Perpetrator's Name] Ban Request

Then use the following format:

[b]Perpetrator's Name:[/b]
[b]Date and Time:[/b] D/M/Y at X:XX +/- GMT

[b]Evidence Against Perpetrator:[/b]
[b]Witnesses:[/b]


Evidence can come in the form of:

Audio/Video recording
Screenshots (Must show ENTIRE chat box)
Witness Appeals



Ban Appeal Format
First, you must name your thread:

Then use the following format:

[b]Rule Offense:[/b]
[b]Date and Time:[/b] D/M/Y at X:XX +/- GMT

[b]Why Should we Un-ban you?[/b]


Note: Those who support bans or unbans may use the term "+ or - support" to show their thoughts on a request/appeal. Ultimately, this may not matter, but is a good tool to convince an administrator to your argument.

Bans carried out by a member of staff's X rank can only be appealed by a member of staff who holds a position higher than X.
